Digital Products

All digital products — including downloadable coloring books, printable art, and digital files — are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because these items are delivered instantly, all sales of digital products are final.

Physical Products (Art Prints, Books & Apparel)

Physical items such as art prints, original artwork, books, stickers, specialty items, and apparel are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
